Choosing healthy food makes for an exciting, happy life. I am from Kyoto Japan, and grew up eating a variety of meals.
Japan has one of the largest food cultures. We enjoy food that comes from our four seasons.
I start this blog to introduce Japanese food and cooking what I like to eat.
I believe that people can prevent sickness if you eat balanced food, have a positive mind, and exercise.

Grilled Salmon Queen of fish
omega-3 fats=may help cognitive problems such as Alzheimer's disease and age-related cognitive decline.

Pickled Eggplant wonderful vegetable !!
potassium, dietary fiber, niacin and lots more. very low calories

Brown Rice If you want to live longer, eat Brown Rice.

higher nutrition than white rice.
whole grain cleans your tummy.

MISO SOUP- Pumpkin, Lotus, Scallion
Healthy soup, you know!!
