~Welcome~ I am so happy to share my food with you

The Food we eat shapes our body inside and out.
Choosing healthy food makes for an exciting, happy life. I am from Kyoto Japan, and grew up eating a variety of meals.
Japan has one of the largest food cultures. We enjoy food that comes from our four seasons.
I start this blog to introduce Japanese food and cooking what I like to eat.
I believe that people can prevent sickness if you eat balanced food, have a positive mind, and exercise.
Wishing all people have a happy positive life and healthy body.

NOODLE

KITSUNE UDON in Hot DASHI Soup

Udon (Noodle)
Negi (scallion)
Abura Ageh (deep-fried tofu)
Daikon-Oroshi (grated radish)
Katsuo-bushi (dried bonito)

why do we call KITSUNE UDON?

KITSUNE means Fox

so why do we call this noodle dish "KITSUNE"????

In Japanese folklore, people believed that fox has supernatural power and likes to eat deep fried tofu,
also Fox's color looks like Abura Ageh (Brown)
